1. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer multiple shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all items follow the shipping fees shown at checkout.

2.Shipping Origin & Order Processing Time
  • Standard Products
    Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

  • Special Products
    Handmade ceramic mugs are shipped directly from China.
    The processing time for these items is up to 10 business days from order placement to dispatch (excluding shipping time).

Orders are processed on business days only. Processing times may be extended during weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, and customs clearance process.

All delivery time estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Delays
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event of customs inspections or clearance delays, we will make every reasonable effort to assist and provide required documentation; however, we cannot guarantee the duration of customs processing.
5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failed delivery attempts. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging all orders securely.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the damage. We will review the case and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, labor strikes, or changes in customs regulations. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any shipping issues.

Return Policy

1. Damaged Items during Shipping

If an item is found to be damaged during transit, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to require photo or video evidence of the damage prior to approving a claim.

2. Returns and Refund Requests

Customers may initiate a return and request a refund within fourteen (14) days after receiving the order.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be in unused, original condition, including all original packaging, boxes, labels, stickers, and trademarks.

Customers must contact us prior to returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

3. Final Sale Items

All items marked as SALE or Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card issuer before the refund is reflected in your account.

We reserve the right to withhold or adjust a refund if the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete.

5. Warranty Policy

All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, where applicable.

Brewista temperature-controlled kettles are covered by one (1) month warranty by Cancoffe.ca. After this period, customers must contact Brewista directly for repair or service.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or other human-caused damage.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims that fall outside the manufacturer’s coverage or show evidence of misuse

6. Handmade Ceramic Products

Handmade ceramic cups are kiln-fired products. Variations in color, glaze, and patterns are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and may differ from product images.

Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding claims related to product variations.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the purchase of our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or any incidental or consequential damages, is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our products and policies at any time without prior notice.
